In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Access to waw4d and the creation of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while holding an active Account. waw4d enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), fish shooting, and slots.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing online betting services through waw4d does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that limits your capacity to enter into contracts, you are not eligible to register.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or associated Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a waw4d employee, in any capacity that may give rise to a conflict of interest or an unfair advantage in the use of the Platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cool-off period, or any other voluntary or involuntary restriction that prohibits your participation on the Platform.

To access the full range of waw4d products and services, you must create a registered Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration — and any updates made thereafter — is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. waw4d will rely on the information in your Account profile for identity verification, payment processing, and communications. Any material inaccuracy discovered by waw4d may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTP). You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify waw4d's support team immediately via live chat. waw4d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where the Member has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

waw4d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. waw4d may, at any time and without prior notice, require you to submit one or more of the following verification documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, or SIM)
• Proof of Indonesian residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, or DANA account showing your name)
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if required by waw4d's compliance team

Withdrawal requests from Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be placed on hold until verification is complete. This hold does not constitute a forfeiture of funds; verified balances will be released promptly upon successful KYC completion.

3.4 Single Account Policy

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Where waw4d identifies that a single individual has registered multiple Accounts — whether through the same or different identity details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — waw4d reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending bets or Bonus Funds, and withhold withdrawals pending an investigation. Real-money deposits held across duplicate Accounts will be returned to the original payment method following investigation, less any amounts attributable to abuse of the single-account policy.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

waw4d supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). waw4d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion cost is borne entirely by the Member.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. waw4d does not charge any deposit fees. Third-party charges imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside waw4d's control and are the Member's sole responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Processed within an average of 3 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Typically settled within 5–15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Transfers submitted outside banking hours may be processed on the next banking day.

waw4d does not charge withdrawal fees. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. waw4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, the Account has not completed KYC, or where fraud or money-laundering indicators are present.

4.4 Payment Method Consistency

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account name used for deposits wherever technically possible. waw4d will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets that do not match the Account holder's registered name.

4.5 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to waw4d — where the deposit was credited to your Account and used for betting — constitutes a breach of these Terms. waw4d reserves the right to suspend the Account, void associated winnings, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.

waw4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Members who satisfy the eligibility criteria in Clause 2. waw4d reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility by product, payment method, or geographic region.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they — or winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement before the promotion's expiry date will result in the Bonus Funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a Member's Account at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one remains active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: waw4d employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account wagering to meet requirements without genuine risk, arbitrage betting strategies, and use of VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions. Where abuse is detected, waw4d reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account.
• Modification and Withdrawal: waw4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already claimed and in progress at the time of modification will be honored under the terms applicable at the time of claim.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the waw4d Platform are subject to acceptance by waw4d. A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member. waw4d reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including bets placed by Members identified as professional or advantage players.

6.2 Errors and Manifest Odds

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error ("palpable error"), waw4d reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to the Member's Account. waw4d will not honor winnings derived from manifestly incorrect odds.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on waw4d — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, Timnas Indonesia (Garuda) fixtures, Piala AFF, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire) — are governed by the sport-specific rules published in the Platform's help center. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to win; a void leg reduces the accumulator by one selection. Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets follow standard Asian handicap settlement rules as published on the Platform.

6.4 Live Casino and Table Games

Live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and game shows — are operated by certified third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, SA Gaming). The rules applicable to each game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, waw4d's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. waw4d's decision in such matters is final.

6.5 Togel

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results on the waw4d Platform are sourced directly from the official results of the applicable pool (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau). Any discrepancy between waw4d's published result and the official pool result will be resolved in favor of the official pool result, and affected bets will be re-settled accordingly.

6.6 Maximum Winnings

waw4d applies maximum single-transaction and daily winnings caps across all products. These caps are published in the Platform's help center and may be updated from time to time. Where a Member's winnings on a single bet or within a single day exceed the applicable cap, the excess amount will not be credited to the Account.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a cap is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary break from the Platform for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cool-off period, the Account remains accessible for balance inquiries and withdrawals but is locked for betting and deposit activity.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit Members to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without waw4d's prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform's software
• Use any automated system (bot, scraper, crawler, spider) to access, extract data from, or interact with the Platform
• Frame, mirror, or embed the Platform or any portion thereof on any third-party website or application
• Use the waw4d name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written authorization

Any unauthorized use of waw4d's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, waw4d's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

waw4d expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether direct or indirect
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from internet outages, telecommunications failures, or Force Majeure events beyond waw4d's reasonable control
• Losses caused by a Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials
• Any decision by a Member to place a bet based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or match previews
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in data feeds supplied by third-party providers that result in mispriced markets

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes waw4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

waw4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where waw4d has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred or is likely to occur:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of payment methods
• Abuse of promotions or Bonus Funds, including multi-accounting and coordinated wagering
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform
• Collusion with other Members or with Platform staff to manipulate bet outcomes
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward waw4d staff or other Members

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's last verified payment method within 5 business days. Where closure follows a breach investigation, funds may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by submitting a closure request to waw4d's support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours, subject to the settlement of any outstanding bets and completion of any pending withdrawal requests.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by waw4d's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and waw4d, the Member should first contact waw4d's support team via live chat to attempt an informal resolution. waw4d will endeavor to investigate and respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the Member and waw4d agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies designated by waw4d's applicable gaming license, the details of which are available upon written request to waw4d's support team.

waw4d's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, the application of rules, and the interpretation of these Terms are final and binding in all operational matters, subject only to appeal through the dispute resolution process described above.

waw4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, waw4d will notify registered Members by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any bets placed and bonuses activated prior to the amendment date remain governed by the Terms in force at that time.
